Medly breaks up your song into Sections that you can easily pick up, move, delete, copy, and link together to make loops. Then arrange your Sections, using up to 24 instrument tracks, to make epic music.

Start off with 16 free instruments, and unlock 142 more across a variety of genres in the Medly Store. Combined with over 700 fully editable note loops and professionally recorded vocals and audio samples, providing near infinite possibilities.

SHARE AND PLAY
Quickly upload your song to SoundCloud, or share it as a video, audio, MIDI, or Medly file. You can also connect Medly to other apps using Audiobus, Inter-App Audio or play in time using Ableton Link.

MIXER & EFFECTS
Mix and customize your sounds using our built-in effects and filters. Add fades and pitch bends using automation, a graph editor that lets you change an effect over time.

Groove Rider Update Rearrange Tracks

Groove Rider GR-16 is a professional step-sequenced groove box, inspired by professional hardware drum machines and rhythm boxes. It has a powerful Poison-202 based two oscillator synthesizer engine, plus a big variety of included PCM drum samples, insert/send/master effects, arpeggiator, automation recording, modulator, ADSR and filter block, and more! Built-in factory pattern library includes patterns in different music styles, which will inspire you (the list will be appended with the regular updates).

Minor update (1.4.2):

– added ability to change track order on the mixer page (on iPad only), in the Settings menu -> “Mixer Order” option;
– app store rating/review prompt system changed to suspend number of rating prompts to 3 times per year (according to Apple’s documentation);
– crash fixed: It was crashing when choosing another bank in Patterns Selector without selecting any pattern in it, and then turning the Value Jog knob;
– bug fixed: it was crashing the app if certain complex midi message (e.g. SysEx) was sent to GR-16’s midi input;
– bug fixed: automation curves were sometimes displayed incorrectly;
– other minimal improvements.

One remarkable feature of GR-16 is that all the controls are arranged on one screen, just like on a real groove box device! It lets you access almost all useful parameters from the one screen. Forget about numerous sub-windows and dialogs, which ruined your inspiration in another musical apps! Groove Rider is the fastest path from your imagination to reality!

You can use GR-16 as a ready-to-go realtime musical instrument (groove box) in your jam sessions together with Ableton Link feature to synchronize it with your other music gear. Groove Rider is also very handy for quickly sketching your musical ideas, allowing you to instantly record them directly by using the Record function. Making music becomes easy and fun, in contrast with boring note drawing process and dealing with tons of files and expensive plugins in the DAW’s! Auxy Studio Big Update

Auxy is designed to remove friction and make sure technology won’t stop you from being creative. Our goal is to help you develop as a producer and turn your musical ideas into finished tracks. Real tracks that people want to dance to.

Introducing a redesigned scene view and a number of improvements to simplify track making:
– The scene view can now be open while you arrange loops
– New play controls let you skip between scenes and toggle loop mode on/off without opening the scene view
– Loop and scene previews have been redesigned to make things easier to find
– Loops can now be labeled
– New color options added for instruments
– Each row of loops now fills the entire screen width
– Loops that are not active in any scene will get slightly dimmed and thereby easier to find if you want to delete unused loops in a project
– You can now solo an instrument while while you tweak the sound
– Sound tweaks can now be accessed in the loop editor
– Long-press a sample slot to copy and paste it
– Tap the tempo slider to change the tempo one BPM at a time
– The maximum tempo has been increase to 300 BPM
– Exported stems and MIDI files should now have proper names

Please note that the export options have been moved to the settings page!

Also note that we have replaced the original demo sounds with a smaller set of “free” sounds. The main reason is that we want to increase the quality of the sounds that new users get to test. We also want to make it clear that Auxy is a premium app and we are committed to building an awesome experience for paying users. Thank you all for supporting!
