Free Stereo Widener App

This is an audio unit plugin that puts a small delay between the left and right channels.

Why would you want to do that? Here’s why:

We recently saw a video interview of a very famous guitarist in which his guitar was delayed a few milliseconds in the right channel. It may have been caused by unusual microphone placement, or perhaps it was just an error on the part of the person who recorded the video. Whatever the reason for it, it sounded great. He was playing into a vintage amp with no other reverb or delay, but the sound had a wide stereo image that didn’t sound electronic or artificial and didn’t distort the natural sound of the amp.

With most delay effects it’s not so easy to get a precise, very small delay on just one channel, but this app does it with just one simple control.

In case you need to modulate the effect, this plugin smoothly transitions between different delay time settings, causing a pitch shift while the delay time is on the move toward its new setting.

This plugin is simple, so we are giving it away for free. Enjoy!

FAC Bandit multiband multi effects processor

FAC Bandit is a multiband audio effect that splits the audio signal into three bands of frequencies defined by adjustable crossover points. Each band is processed independently by its own effect processor and the outputs are then recombined to produce the final effect.

Each frequency range is altered with different effects and settings that won’t sound the same if applied on the full frequency range. As you have probably realized, FAC Bandit is a wonderful and powerful sound design tool for designers who want to sculpt new personal, exciting and outstanding sounds. Either in a subtle way, without compromising the original tone, or in a more drastic way.

Features:

• Multiband effect processor
• DJ style bands isolator with crossover control
• Each single band provides its own effect with mix blending control
• Comes with built-in effects: Saturator, Lofi and Ring Modulator
• Extendable, more effect coming
• Include various presets for inspiration
• Suitable for any situation, going from subtle to drastic change
• iOS Audio Unit V3

Klevgrand guitar effects and amps

STARK is a fully fledged amplifier simulator consisting of four modules: Amplifier, Cabinet, Room and effects slots. These modules are processing audio separately, which makes it possible to combine different amplifiers with different cabinets and rooms.

The amp module offers 12 different amplifier profiles. It has both a clean mode and a overdrive mode, an equalizer functionality (including presence), and a booster controlling the end stage amplification saturation.

Cabinet simulation consists of 10 different cabinets of various sizes and sound. This module also offers a stereo width knob that simulates the distance between two microphones put in front of the cone.

Room simulation offers 6 different kinds of rooms, where each room size can be changed between Small, Medium and Large. There’s also a decay parameter controlling reflectivity of the walls and a dry/wet mix.

The pedal board contains 4 slots where any of the 14 effects can be inserted. The order of the pedals can easily be changed using drag and drop.

Bleass Reverb with Filter and Ducker

The BLEASS reverb is a unique sounding plugin effect bringing your music production and live performances towards new soundscapes!

The BLEASS reverb is composed of 3 different stages:

1/ A first stage modifies the input source by correcting the gain and setting up early reflections pre-delay in order to re-create distant walls.
This first stage also contains a filter to modify frequencies. Switch between two different filter types:
– the Low-Shelf filter can reduce or boost your basses.
– the High-Pass filter cuts the low part of the signal and creates a resonant peak on interesting frequencies.

2/ The second stage offers a unique-sounding reverb with size modulation and length controls. It also contains a high frequency damping control in order to re-create plate reverb effects, as well as a freeze toggle button for infinite sound soaring and exploration.
This reverb offers also an X/Y panel which applies a set of fine-tuned frequency shifter as well as a wave shaper in order to mutate your reverb space on the go!

3/ The third stage offers a duck effect made of a compressor side-chained on the dry input in order to bring clarity to heavy kicks and basses

Finally, a dry-wet controller offers control over the reverb level.

All these features are shown within the factory presets, and you can save your own presets which will automatically carry over across different host apps.
All variables are exposed as AU parameters in hosts which support automation.
BLEASS reverb can also be used as a standalone app using headphones and mic or an external sound card.
