  • Internal recorder and resampler

Macros

Sixteen macros are bound to each track inside BM3. This means each bank, output, audio & aux track has its own set of 16 macros. This is particularly interesting for Banks because this means bank presets can be saved with a chain of effects and macros as well. Macros can control multiple parameters at once from banks, pads, layers, effects, etc

Focus actions

BeatMaker 3 can be controlled in an unique way by one or multiple MIDI controllers, using MIDI notes and CC’s.

  • Available actions
  • Trigger pad 1-16 (or 64 with optional 64 pads device mode);
  • Pad modes switching: select, scene, mute, solo, keys
  • Macro control 1-16
  • Bank select, prev / next switching
  • Octave up, octave down, page up, page down for pads pages, scenes, etc.
  • Transport play / pause / stop / record / backward / forward / loop / metronome;
  • Repeat mode
  • Focus actions templates can be saved, loaded and shared easily.

Sequencer

You will find the traditional, timeline based sequencer, exactly like BM2 with an improved workflow and set of tools. To extend the creation capabilities, we’ve added a “scene” mode, where you can quickly create, assemble and play with patterns. A scene hosts multiple track patterns that can be triggered at once, using a specified quantization. It is also possible to individually trigger a pattern from outside the currently playing scene.

The combination of both SONG and SCENE mode is pretty powerful and opens up possibilities for live performances and more traditional sequencing.

Effects

Access the effect chain of any track by simply selecting the track (bank, output, aux, pad…) from the user interface or by manually selecting it. If you want to lock the selection on a specific track, toggle the “lock” icon.

You can insert any number of effects on a track. Remember that you can use macro controls to bind multiple parameters at once, from the effects, mixer, or even the sampler.

Effects presets load/save. Move effect up/down the chain.

Available effects

  • external Audio Unit plugin (IAA, AUv3);
  • bit crusher;
  • filtered delay with optional sync mode;
  • dynamics processor (compressor/limiter/expander) with side-chaining;
  • one-band SV filter;
  • six-band (parametric) SV filter;
  • modulation delay (flanger/chorus/vibrato);
  • overdrive;
  • two reverbs;
  • slicer;
  • stereo delay with filter and optional sync modes;
  • stereo widener.

Audio export

  • Single or multi-track export
  • WAVE/ACC
  • 16, 24 or 32bits
  • Normalization

FAC Chorus Audio Effect For iOS
Author View comments Tags Tags: , , , , ,

FAC Chorus is a versatile chorus effect emulation designed to simulate the characteristics of the classic chorus modules with the flexibility of customising the parameters of the main components involved in the signal path.

The interface has a unique sober look and provides a great user experience. The knobs are very responsive, natural and follow a specific curve according to the parameters type.

The effect is built upon two individual delay line paths controlled by common parameters. The behaviour of each delay signal path is defined by the chorus type parameter. Thick type means warm characters and emulates the behaviour of the BBD. Clean type, as the name says, provides a cleaner sound with a larger modulation.

FAC Chorus is suitable for any situation requiring chorus effects and can go from subtle to drastic changes, the factory presets provide an overview of the sonic panel you can obtain.

Use Dream Foot and a Expression Pedal and Blue Board controller to control live expression with your synth sounds. The following video tutorial will show you how. Also used in this video Sunrizer Synth for iPad

Dream Foot lets you play chords with a tap, a MIDI keyboard, or a MIDI foot controller. Choose one of our built-in sounds, or send MIDI Out to your favorite synth app. Great for songwriting, teaching, band practice, and live performance.

Guitar Players
• Play guitar while triggering chords with your foot.

Singers
• Need an accompanist to play the keys? Dream Foot is perfect.
• Tap the screen to play a chord, or go hands-free with a MIDI foot controller.

Keyboard Players
• Play a chord by pressing a single key on your MIDI keyboard.
• Or play the keyboard while triggering chords with your foot.

Dream Foot Highlights
• Professional Quality Sounds
• Smart Sustain
• MIDI Map
• MIDI In and MIDI Out

Dream Foot is divided into two modes: Jam mode and Song mode.

Jam mode
• 8 chord buttons
• Multi-touch interface so you can play multiple chords simultaneously.
• Smart Sustain will let a chord ring out, and will automatically stop when another chord is tapped.

Song mode

Chords can be created using two different methods: Factory Chord and Custom Chord.

Factory Chord
• Not a keyboard player? No problem. Just tell Dream Foot you need a Gsus4 and it will give you the right notes. How about a D9/F#? We got you covered.

Custom Chord
• Creating a custom chord voicing has never been easier. Simply tap the keys you want, or plug in a MIDI keyboard to select the notes you want by pressing keys on the MIDI keyboard.

MIDI Map
• Dream Foot can easily learn how you’d like for it to respond to actions on your MIDI controller. Simply enter MIDI Map mode, tap the button you want to map in Dream Foot, then perform the action on your MIDI controller. The action might be pressing a key on a MIDI keyboard, or tapping a foot switch on a MIDI foot controller.
