Woodstepper Demo Video

Hey friends! I just moved to a new studio space so please forgive me for the video quality as I haven’t had a chance to test the waters and get the lighting dialed in yet. This is the first video I shot in the new space and now I know what tweaks are needed. With that said here is a quick start guide for Woodstepper. I just wanted to get you started using it as a DSP and sampler within AUM. It is a very deep app so please understand that I am considering a second video , part 2 if you will, with more in depth explanations of the MIDI and Oscillator features. I hope this gives you a general idea as to what this awesome app can do!

Hello everyone! Dj Puzzle here as your guide and today I’d like to show you the basics of sampling with an iPad. This video is for those just starting out, those with very little knowledge of sampling on an iPad. I decided to use Beatmaker 3 because it’s one of the best sample sequencers for iOS in my opinion. We won’t dive deep into advanced sampling in this video perhaps I’ll publishing another one for that. I thought it would be fun to sample from a vinyl record for this one! This Polish jazz record from my collection was perfect because it has lots of isolated samples. I could have went on for a lot time grabbing sounds and playing with them but I wanted to keep the video under 25 mins. Perhaps there will be a part 2 in the near future. Let me know! Learn how to make drums in a synthesizer on an iPad

The following video tutorial will show you how to make drum sounds in a synthesizer. Drums immediately came to mind when asked to make presets for Audiokit Synth One. I just had to make a kit for folks who like to use synth drums like I do. The following sound design tutorial will get you started designing your own drums in a synthesizer in this case Synth One. This information works across the board so you can use this information on your favorite synth. I also formatted the kit for Patterning 1 and Patterning 2 so go ahead and grab that kit from the Patterning kit cloud. I highly recommend getting Patterning if you don’t have it already.

Running Fugue Machine through Rozeta Scaler will give you instant access to manipulate those scales and keys. Fun experimentation! I was having fun with this combo and wanted to share. Also shown, Rozeta LFO slowly modulating the filter cut off in BS-16i. ApeFilter and EOS2 take it to another sonic level.
